Regular Parcel: Delivered in 2-9 business days with limited tracking.

Purolator Ground delivers in 1-7 business days with full tracking.

 

International shipping:

International Parcel Air: 6-10 business days with limited tracking to certain destinations.

Small Packet International Air: 6-10 business days, no tracking on your package once it leaves Canada.

Tracked Packet International: 6-10 business days with full tracking throughout.

Xpresspost International: 2-7 business days with full tracking.

 

US shipping:

Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 business days with full tracking.

Small Packet USA Air: 4-7 business days, no tracking on your package once it leaves Canada.

Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days with full tracking.

Xpresspost USA: 2-3 business days with full tracking.

 

We offer a free shipping for orders over 250$.  The delivery rates may vary on the destination, please check the rates at the checkout.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by MAISON JELOVIAN when sent back.

Our brand is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit when returning your item.
